Acoflon®

Acoplastic is known for its production of PTFE and high-tech plastic machine parts, and in 2016 the company registered its own trademark: Acoflon®, which is made of synthetic fluoropolymer, more commonly known as Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Teflon®.

High assurance of uniform quality

If you, as a customer, want to be absolutely sure of the quality of the virgin PTFE and PTFE compounds, Acoflon® can provide precisely the assurance, because the material always features the same uniform quality, with full traceability. Acoflon® is synonymous with assurance and quality. Several of our customers have thoroughly tested Acoflon® and stated it as the material choice on their drawings.

Can be used in direct contact with foods and pharmaceuticals

Acoflon® is produced in compliance with the regulations for GMP, EU/2023/2006 and the EU/1935/2004 traceability system. A number of our Acoflon® products also comply with American FDA regulations.
This means that the machine parts can be applicated in direct contact with foods in the United States, as well as in the production of pharmaceuticals listed in the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).
